Today was a whirlwind of coaching, from guiding our youngest CrossFitters through their first squats to fine-tuning the movements of our high school athletes and soccer players, and finally, cheering on our adult members as they crushed their WODs. It was a day filled with sweat, laughter, and the undeniable energy of people striving to become better versions of themselves.
Witnessing this pursuit of progress, across all ages and athletic endeavors, sparked a few thoughts I wanted to share:
