Our CrossFit Group Classes are designed for the member that is at Tundra to be motivated and workout with other people who have the same mindset. For this class, bringing work ethic is non-negotiable. Come in and prepare to be challenged every time you attend class. Our goal is to test you, and build your skills in all aspects of physical fitness and help you become the most well-rounded version of yourself in and out of the gym. Our programming covers; Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. No matter your skill level, we are able to adjust and tailor every workout to accommodate for your own individual goals. Pressed for time? Each class is an hour long and our class schedule is flexible. We offer classes as early as 6am and as late as 5:30pm. You don’t need to spend multiple hours in the gym each day to see positive results. If you come to class each day with the right attitude, buy in to our programming, and trust our coaching staff and the process, you are guaranteed to exceed your expectations and achieve goals beyond what you thought was possible.
