Beginner to Advanced

Our Programs and Classes are designed for individuals and athletes of all ages and provide a well-rounded approach to physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Our coaching staff is well versed in all areas of fitness and each coach has experience working with members of all skill levels so you can get the most out of every workout and achieve your goals.

CrossFit Group Training

Our CrossFit Group Classes are designed for the member that is at Tundra to be motivated and workout with other people who have the same mindset. For this class, bringing work ethic is non-negotiable. Come in and prepare to be challenged every time you attend class. Our goal is to test you, and build your skills in all aspects of physical fitness and help you become the most well-rounded version of yourself in and out of the gym. Our programming covers; Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. No matter your skill level, we are able to adjust and tailor every workout to accommodate for your own individual goals. Pressed for time? Each class is an hour long and our class schedule is flexible. We offer classes as early as 6am and as late as 5:30pm. You don’t need to spend multiple hours in the gym each day to see positive results. If you come to class each day with the right attitude, buy in to our programming, and trust our coaching staff and the process, you are guaranteed to exceed your expectations and achieve goals beyond what you thought was possible.

Boot Camp Group Training

This program is prescribed for the member that is looking for an Intermediate Strength and Conditioning program. This is a great way to start your CrossFit Journey alongside a group of high energy, supportive individuals that make our Boot Camp class. This program is also a great opportunity for someone who is looking to create a weekly routine. Class times and days are pre-determined which eliminates the stress of planning out your sessions. By reserving three hours of your week, this helps to build consistency by keeping things manageable and laying out your workout schedule ahead of time. These class times are spread out throughout the week, which allows you plenty of time to rest and recover between sessions and also gives you plenty of time to find balance in your life outside of your fitness routine. Whether you have experience in the gym or not, Boot Camp is a fantastic program to help build or fine tune your overall strength and conditioning. It is also a great stepping stone into our CrossFit Group classes.

Personal Training

This program can be prescribed to the member who desires that 1-1 attention. This program is also for the athlete who has very specific goals they would like to reach. The coach designated to each individual will program according to the members fitness goals. These goals can range from looking and feeling better, to sports specific performance. Personal Training members can attend CrossFit Classes and PT sessions monthly. Personal Training sessions range from 2 sessions a month to 16 sessions a month. Small group training ( groups of 2,3,4) is also an option. These sessions can be a 30 minutes or an hour long. The meeting times will depend on the availability of the coach and trainee.

Nutrition Coaching

Our Nutrition Coaching is designed for individuals and athletes of all skill levels and ages no matter your goals. If you are ready to see results, dialing in your diet and nutrition is necessary to take that next step. Nutrition is at the base and is the foundation of the CrossFit Pyramid. In order to support long-term training and physical activity it is essential to put an emphasis on how you fuel your body before workouts and how you replenish yourself post-workout. No matter your goals, our Nutrition Coaching is centered around well-balanced, flexible, sustainable nutrition and meal plans that start with building healthy habits to support your daily lifestyle and schedule. Our Nutrition Coaching is not designed to give you a quick fix solution or overnight results, but rather to provide you with the knowledge, guidance, and feedback to help you build that balanced lifestyle in and out of the gym and help you become the healthiest version of yourself!
