Tyler Dintzer

Coach

Tyler started CrossFit in the fall of 2013 after watching the CrossFit Games on tv. He was attending UND at the time and the typical gym routine with the “bros” wasn’t appealing to him and was immediately hooked on CrossFit. Tyler moved to the Minneapolis area in 2016 where he took a break from doing CrossFit for almost 3 years. He moved back to East Grand Forks and picked right back up where he left off.

“Coming back to Tundra just feels like home” Tyler has his CrossFit Level 1 and really enjoys being involved in the Tundra community as a coach.

Kat was born and raised in Southern California. Kat moved to Grand Forks in February of 2019, just in time to figure out what CrossFit was before the Open that spring. She immediately caught the CrossFit bug and with the help of her competitive cheerleading background she hit the ground running or in her case, handstand walking!

In just her first year of doing CrossFit, Kat participated in the Open, the Dakota Games online qualifier & in-person competition, a second Open in October 2019, the Tundra Winter Games in December. Kat is serving as our Member Services Manager and does tons for us here at Tundra behind the scenes to help to make this gym and community great!
